Data required includes, in part, name of organization, its address, and directors' names and addresses; stock issued; routes traveled; states in which operations are conducted; freight carried; assets; liabilities; equipment inventory; income statement; maintenance expenses; and taxes paid. Arranged alphabetically. Securities Division: Selected records of the Securities Division, 1946-1965 (5 in.). Contains prospectes for three firms: Hayden, Stone and Company; Mt. Forest Fur Farms of America; and the Tucker Corporation - operating in Michigan or seeking to sell stock in the State. Also includes a small amount of the Division's general correspondence, and subject files on the California Life Insurance Company; Northwestern Mortgage Company; Saastaa Operational Systems; and Volkswagen Insurance Company. Arranged as received. Industry Division: Subject files of the Industry Division, 1959-1965 (5 in.). Consists of materials relating to the Michigan exhibit at the New York World's Fair, and the activities of the Area Redevelopment administration in the State. Arranged as received.
